Purpose

• Our purpose was to quantify the interobserver and intraobserver variability that exists when determining osteolysis (OL) in cementless total hip arthroplasty (THA) patients.

Materials

• AP pelvic X-rays from 60 THAs with minimum 8-year follow-up (mean 11.7 yrs).

• Primary THAs with porous coated components

• 4 Orthopaedic Reviewers: 2 attendings, 2 fellows
