Prior to examination, reviewers agreed on definitions of OL:
- Pelvic OL: area with a discernable border that appeared darker or less dense than surrounding bone.
- Femoral OL: Zone 1, same as above; Zone 7, scalloped defect, not calcar rounding.
Reviewers independently outlined the lesions with an x-ray marking pencil.
